The project consists of the design of a complex for tertiary use in the Vía Poblados area in Madrid. It is a modern architectural project that gives great priority to functional and pleasant space for its users. The project consists of two buildings and is conceived as a unique and flexible real estate complex, as it can be divided into two plots and two completely independent buildings.
The ground floor is key to this project as it is an open space that promotes the flow and use by occupants. Special attention has been given to the transit area: the entrance cores of each building are connected by a pergola that contributes to a sense of unity.
The real estate complex exhibits an emblematic facade that emphasizes contrasts. The facades of the central buildings are in dark graphite, while the lateral ones are in a light color. This gives the real estate complex a unique image that can be interpreted as two distinct parts but with a common configuration.
